The Problem
A property agent needed a high-converting marketing site to promote Pinery Residences — a new 588-unit mixed-use development in Tampines — and capture buyer leads ahead of the preview launch.
The Approach
Designed a conversion-focused landing page with detailed development information, WhatsApp integration, and an AI chatbot to answer prospective buyer questions around the clock.

Next.js marketing site with registration form, countdown timer to preview launch, interactive unit mix breakdown, developer track record section, FAQ accordion, WhatsApp CTA, AI-powered chatbot for property enquiries, Schema.org SEO, and responsive design.
The Outcome
A professional property marketing site helping the agent capture buyer registrations and field enquiries 24/7 via chatbot ahead of the March 2026 preview launch.
