The Problem
A community organization needed a transparent, secure way to manage shared funds — tracking member contributions, expenses, proposals, and communications — replacing manual spreadsheet workflows.
The Approach
Built a role-based dashboard with real-time financial tracking, democratic proposal voting, and push notification broadcasts so every member has visibility into how funds are managed.
What I Built
Full-stack PWA with Google auth, fund balance tracking, contribution verification with screenshot uploads, expense management with receipts, proposal system with voting, PayNow QR integration, push notifications, recurring expense automation, and member management.
The Outcome
A transparent fund management system that replaced manual tracking, enabling democratic decision-making and real-time financial visibility for all community members.
